Brands like Volkswagen have made their horns louder and more long lasting specifically for India. But indiscriminate honking is abuse. Could you imagine the health problems in a city like Mumbai which has 900 000 cars, 2 million motorcycles and 10,000 buses playing in a location cramped by a population of around 12 million people?
